Our Lead Pastor, Joey Elsky, is a gifted communicator who inspires us to grow as Christians, discover why God created us, and live it every day. He and his wife, Melanie, are deeply committed to the River Region and believe God called them to reach this community with the message of hope found in a relationship with Christ. Joey is a visionary leader with over two decades of ministry experience. Under his leadership, Real Life Church has seen tremendous growth, expanded its various ministries, and purchased a building – all in less than two years! He believes everyone is a ‘10’ at something.
